GBEF believes that it is critical to stay with students through the difficult tween and early teen years, in particular, to ensure that they know they are capable of doing the hard work to succeed and are supported in ways that help them also stay the course.

GBEF believes the high school college prep years need to focus on future aspirations.

College Preparation & Scholarships

Having inculcated our students with the fundamentals of math, science, reading, writing, public speaking in addition to financial literacy in elementary and middle school, we believe the high school years are to be focused on their future aspirations. We work with them to prepare them for successful matriculation to college and for their professional lives post-college.

During High School and College, we partner with employers to expose our students to various careers. Our work includes job shadowing early in high school and moving to internships late in high school and during college. The goal is to help our students find their passions and to support them as they explore potential futures post-college.
